Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt in unworn and unwashed condition. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. Shipping will not be refunded.
Items not able to be returned:
Custom/monogrammed items are considered final sale. Items discounted more than 40% are considered final sale, Clearance items are all not returnable. Earrings, hair accessories, socks, and leggings are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. These items will be held to ship back to you with your next order if sent in to our return dept or the customer will be responsible to pay shipping to get there item back but a store credit will not be issued.Â

Pre-Order Policy:
All pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks to get into our locations. If for some reason the manufacturer is no longer able to fill our order you will be contacted. At that time we will be able to offer you a replacement item or refund. Â

In the case that there are EXCESSIVE returns by a single customer we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns to help with our transaction fees and postage cost lost due to the same store credit being used over multiple times.
